Noticed home button get not so responsive after awhile and require a restart of phone with TG installed, anyone else?

Planning to hop down to SingTel store to purchase ip7 today. Any advise specifically what to check on the phone?

1. Press down the LCD (left and right corners, near the home button), sometimes it is loose, you will be able to feel it.

2. Yellowish screen (saw from a forum)

3. Scuff marks on the lightning port (for matte black), mine got out of the box (delivery, so I did not mind it anymore, don't want to waste time queue and wait for replacement)

1 more to add, check the sim card tray... a colleague had an ip7 delivered to her, open box and discovered the sim card tray couldnt sit flush with the phone, when ejected the sim card tray was bent... donno how did that even happen.

Should i be concerned about hissgate? How do i check on the spot my phone did not have hissgate problem?

And someone mentioned problems with unable to hear the other party voice clearly while making a call?

speaking from experience over several iphone launches, chances are if you don't check, nothing will be wrong.

you are asking a lot of common questions... by the time you check, must as well as apple genius come down do diagnostic for you before accepting...

BTW how many of you got applecare and why? do you think it's worth it?

I bought applecare+ for my iPhone 7 plus because I am not using any case for it Anyway, if you decide to sell your phone away, you can call apple and cancel the applecare, and they will return you the pro-rated amount.

For me i will not receive/no notification of whatsapp msg. Most of the time need to open the apps or wake the phone up then the msg comes in. I disabled wifi assist now but not sure will it helps. background apps refresh is on for whatsapp all this while

I'm encountering this randomly too. Is it a WhatsApp, iOS 10 or iphone 7 hardware issue ?

have u tried "reset all settings"? it fixes most issues typically...

Just to add on, other than disable wifi assist, i have also reset network settings. Will monitor first before i do a reset all settings. Also updated from 10.0.1 to 10.0.2.

Sorry me noob, but what exactly this Apple care abt? Is it some kind of extended warranty? Need to pay how much?

reset network settings likely won't fix notification issues...

u might want to try remove the app and reinstall.
i got a few apps with this problem, doen the above and push came in.

Will my sms especially group chat be restored if i reinstall and restore from icloud backup for whatsapp? Only worry that i will be out of the group chat and need admin to add me back again

after like maybe 8-10minutes of just whatsapp/line and playing 2-3 fb videos.. i noticed the behind area (apple logo) will get abit warm. is this normal?

Anyone got issues with your Touch ID not recognising your fingerprint? I'm getting errors frequently indicating that it can't recognise my fingerprint, almost like 4 out of 10 times can recognise... not sure whether it's my Touch ID that's broken or something else...
