Anyone know how to resolve the loud background white noise when use iPhone 7plus to record video. I do not hear hissing sound just that the white noise is very loud.

Have you recording video in a quite environment?

I noticed that my ip7 seems to reboot by itself randomly sometimes. How I know this is that it requires me input my passcode to unlock and the battery life timer is reset.

Tried record in quite environment, if i play the clip from phone will hear the white noise background loud. I upload the video to youtube & listen from pc & phone, pc will not hear the white noise that obvious but phone will.

sometimes press never unlock

check yr logs under general settings. crashes shud b logged there...

my 7+ did one auto reboot too...

there's a few entries "jetsamevent" "periodic microstackshot" and "stacks".

what am i supposed to be looking for? can find the cause of the crash there?

I did tried record a video in quiet environment and when i play the video I could hear white noises ( rustling noise )

To think of it, the jet black reminds me of 3GS black. Glossy, prone to scratches.

Can be fixed with polish and it will be as shiny as a mirror.

Yes, due to 3rd party charger. Can confirm this because Boiijek's my friend and he was the one who solved the problem for me

But I never used any third party cable sia lol. Anw brought the phone back to Apple. They ran a test for me and determined is software issue. Wiped the phone. Didn't do any restore. The phone was fine. Restored back, the line came back again. Not sure if it's any of the apps tt I downloaded created the line (if it was a software issue)

I always use a case with all my iPhones so upon removing it from box and wrapper, will immediately place it in the case.

My second choice will be matte black.

Why not try the telcos? I bought a 7+ yesterday at Vivo Starhub.
