software a bit buggy. sometimes can go into landscape mode in switching app when I've locked the orientation.

Yeah Apple online chat also mentioned it'll probably be classified as cosmetic damage. No harm waiting for official Apple Store to open and then maybe can get a better response. AASPs anything they can siam they sure siam one.

Couldn't download the latest software via iTunes when I tried resetting via iTunes last night. Gonna try again tonight.

Yes do try again and it should be able to download, unless there's a server glitch on Apple's end or some error in your phone, which I doubt so.

Seems to be resolved.

Dropped 5% on flight mode. Usage time is 5 mins while standby is 6 hours +. Okay rite?

Normal for phone to drop 6% in 6 hours? Standby time and usage time the same despite flight mode.

Would changing the sms centre number before travelling prevent that global sms sent ? Always kena this 1 global sms sent whenever i travel. Swear i didnt send any, must have been caused by the imessage.

Just received a refurbished iPhone 7 Plus from A Lab yesterday. Was told to drain the battery till 0% and full charge it to 100% straight without using the phone, so I did. After the full charge, I just unplug my phone and went to sleep. Standby time is at 10 hours, usage is at 12 minutes and my battery's currently at 97%, which seems really good? Heard that refurbished phones have new batteries, is it true?
