if on 23/6 u bought for Rights @ 35.80..

1000 shares = $35,800
rights = 1 for 9 @ $26 each share

u will get 111 right shares = 111 x $26 = $2886

so your total is 1111shares = $35,800 + $2886 = $38,686
avg = $38,686/1111 = $34.82

Today you buy at $33.14 = 4.8% discount to the a/m avg price including rights or $1.68 lower.

Issue Price.
The Issue Price represents:
(i) a discount of approximately 27.9 per cent. to the closing price of S$36.06 per Share on the SGX-ST on 18 June 2015, being the last trading day of the Shares on the SGX-ST prior to this Announcement; and
(ii) a discount of approximately 25.8 per cent. to the theoretical ex-rights price of S$35.05 1 per Share.
