If you dont mind any location then i suggest wait till last min then send in application.. Yishun for north side or Jurong near Teban

But seriously 2nd timer is based on luck..

4 failed attempts at sbf/bto before i got my number from feb sbf..Even thou i use MCPS, end up my balloted number which exceeded by 37 was riding on a public ticket. Was able to secure a unit which is not ready key but imho best out of the remaining..Around 20-30 units remaining when my turn to select..End up all 5rm booked.

Higher chance if have 3rd child priority like mine once upon a time.
Now, they chute pattern if your parents early sell their house then have to live in 2-rm flexis, maybe good chance also
