Kancolle has a lottery system for new players, need to follow their twitter for times. Not sure how touken's system works but for kancolle, all the information you need is in the tutorial link I posted.

anyway seems like u level quite fast.. 12days lvl 40 liao lol

u keep running 1-5 isit? not good to level your ttk level too high.. event come u will have difficulty (scaled according to your ttk level)

run expeditions on your 2nd or 3rd fleet if u not using them to gain resources

i ran 1-5 a lot, probably not going for the feb event lol, going to farm buckets for spring event
