lower budget --> low quality

low quality --> low viewership

low viewership --> less advertisement

less advertisement --> low budget

Even if you get Andy Lau to act in our dramas it isn't gonna work if they continue controlling what we want to watch.

I am not saying we don't need any family-themed dramas but the controlling is too excessive.

But the local productions too restrictive liao la, this cannot that cannot
Even with good themes or script when we watch on TV must do until like a bit wayang/fake

People watch drama is to see the real life aspects of the real world, or to watch some drama with some imagination to explore ... Local productions always shoot household films but even then, the story see liao look so forced/fake

The overuse of Jeanette aw start to have side effect on them from 2011 onward

all Jeanette aw become very sucky and lose the little nyona suck

and her role getting more and more lame, until u see now in 118 ...

Joanne Peh know it is coming so faster change her image to be aunties, at least can take auntie/ mummy role in the future
