11.45pm: PAS Headquarters, Kuala Lumpur - PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang is confident that PN will form the federal government based on the unofficial results of the 15th general election.
In a press conference, he says PAS will discuss with its coalition partners in forming the cabinet.
"On behalf of Pas, I would like to say a million thanks to all the voters who have put their trust in PAS and coalition partners in Perikatan Nasional, especially young voters, early voters from various races and backgrounds," he says, adding that PN will attempt to fulfill all the offers listed in its manifesto.
On the topic of elections for PAS-led state governments - Kedah, Kelantan and Terengganu - which the party chose not to dissolve during GE15, he says the matter will be discussed soon.
