but how to sell to buyers? Use trade station? like setting realistic amount to 50m, then they pay the rest in person with cash?

Should be fine. Scissors will reduce the "scissors cut" stats, won't affect the other stats.

I am not sure how people view the number of cuts in a trade.

I am going to rank up my equip from epic to unique,but the equip has a good potential stat.
After rank up,does the potential change or will it downgrade?

Damn sian the trade station getting more and more exp. Unique agares boots from 7mil now become 15 mil. Bloody cape from 5 mil go to 10 mil now. Everybody chionging EVD now....I farm too slow can't buy when it's cheap haiz.

Doesn't matter. With Zak helm and some other stuff, you will break set eventually.
