auto battle cannot work in elite dungeon? only mini dungeon?

what is the use of fever?

Only work in normal maps, mini dungeon and SF maps.

Fever have several uses. Once recharge just press the button to receive 30s worth of buff.
If you din change it, you should be receiving spd buffs. Just click on it to change the buff you want. Requires mesos or diamonds to buy them tho

95 - 100 SF all the way faster imo, unless cannot find party.
Each quest gives about 2 ~ 4% around that level.
