the focus was a lot on north point

Northpoint would be way bigger. Furthermore there would be many condo unit there. I think close to 1000 units. Furthermore Katib and Sembawang a bit cui. The F&B inside northpoint city should be song song gao yishun. It would also be the first mall in Singapore to have a community center. There would also be childcare inside. Mean the traffic flow gonna be HUGE. Only hope that the F&B don't be disappointing. Retail i think a bit no hope anywhere in Singapore. Everyone only want to taobao.
