I think either he keyed the transactions wrongly or maybe sgxcafe got errors.

If not, for every $10 he invest; end of the year got at least 1 million liao, no need work liao. :D :D :D

I think xirr for each yr is calculated by the days in that yr. 2017 only 20days passed, tats y the no. Will fall one. I have a big no. Also, drop to 110% will avg out one

Ya I save 50%. I spend very little that's why no make up go nice clothes. Hence also no bf because no make up too ugly. :D Guys easier to save because no need make up also. Sometime it's just your attitude towards how ppl judge you. Idc how they judge. I onli know I Wan to be able to achieve financial freedom and that's what I need to do. :s8:
