The new Park Mall development got potential IMO.....

that one I also think got potential, its a 800mil asset... once done maybe worth say 1 bil

but the way they structure is not so good

suntec only has 30% without any call option... so limited upside 300mil compared to their portfolio of 8bil is small, if can jiak whole 1bil then maybe can move the needle

if u look at how CCT structured their capital green deal, that was great... after developed liao 2 years later jiak 100% of capital green... now their numbers look so good


I just kinda feel that suntec's manager ARA not doing a very good job as they can really do like CCT

i read analyst report also 7th conservative quarters of service revenue drop, not yet seen the bottom


however I am comfortable with my 15,000 M1 shares... just hold for the 6% yield, but will not add any more shares for sure

in short the price war will go full scale in 2017 second half as all the 3 telcos want to lock in the customers for 2 years gao gao before TPG comes in

I expect M1 to see another 5-10% drop in earnings for 2017 before stablizing in 2018, my honest view la... even though I am vested 15,000 shares

used to be 10,000 shares only

when big to become 15,000 at average price $2.00

SH i also yolo mode... sold off 5,000 at 3.8x
then bought back and even added more at around $3.00


I am just betting that the telco sell down is bottoming, which I may be wrong

but M1 $2 and SH $3, I no regrets ba... I dont expect to lose anymore at this entry level because they still profitable and still paying dividends

less dividends is still better than no dividends hahahaha

however i do not expect to make a big gain from telcos.... just park for the yield nia, get 6% also like that

CDG is major share holder of SBS transit and Vicom

just bet on CDG is simpler

SBS and vicom the shares quite illiquid... hard to trade properly... so I tend to ignore these 2... and just focus on CDG's numbers

Same. However I won't really into SBS for now. 1.6 P/B is not my cup of tea, even though I am a personal fan of public transportation stock like SBS or BTS (Thai).
