Usually for a good portfolio
The top few reits should be blue chips like cmt cct areit
Then come down to the mid cap reits which should form a smaller %
Example if allocate 30% portfolio into reits
Blue chip reits 15% mid cap reits 15%
Or blue chip reits 15% mid cap reits 10% small cap reits 5%

As CRCT distributes income half yearly, I will be receiving DPU of 2.37c (4Q2016) and 2.36c (3Q2016) for a total of 4.73c in March. Annualising the DPU gives me a distribution yield of 6.75%.

Can translate? Why 2016?



Again, why did I choose to invest in FLT and CRCT in an environment of rising interest rate which would impact their cost of doing business eventually? You blur? I also blur.

Nothing strange/new. Different companies have different start to their financial year. Example, M1 and Starhub have different financial year to Singtel.
