Any idea how long will it be under CD? I noticed some counters like FCL the CD status is soooo long.... Does it mean that for counters with short CD coupled with favourable dividend payout, prices will be more likely to shoot up cos not much time to slowly wait to buy?

the FCL CD status is long because its year end dividend

usually after full year results will have AGM, the year end dividends will need shareholder approval so sometimes given out only 2-3 months after announcement

reits on the other hand is different.. auto give out 90-100% of income... so very faster XD one, no worries

My colleague got married at 40. The issue is whether you and her can accept. Others can't decide for you. Having children at that age is also another concern.
