SINGAPORE (Jan 18): M1 and Huawei announced they have achieved Singapore’s highest 5G transmission speeds of 35Gbps, meaning users will be able to download a 1080p movie in seconds when the network becomes available.

Alongside greater throughput speeds, 5G technology will support the massive number of low-latency connections critical to driving the next wave of virtual/augmented reality and Internet of Things applications such as autonomous driving.

“Singapore’s mobile networks are widely acknowledged as amongst the most advanced worldwide, and M1 is committed to staying at the forefront of 5G technology to ensure our consumers enjoy the best experience and latest smart applications,” said Denis Seek, Chief Technical Officer, M1.

It is all about paying tuition fees so have some experiences. One word of advice. Never declare all your assets to your girlfriend or spouse in case sh*t happens. Park some assets with your parents.

This is good way to test their intentions. I always give them the impression I am poor man. Those that left me when I am down on my luck is a sign from heaven.

There is nothing wrong with girls looking for a spouse with financial security. This is the law of nature. But if the intentions are to get something out of you then you only can blame yourself for not having the experience to see through them.

If a lady loves you sincerely she will not waste your resources but will even contribute or save money for you because she is forward looking and want the resources to benefit the children in the future.

Act stupid and poor but constantly test them. If you meet a girl that always help you to save money and cook nice food and soup for you. Don't wait liao. This is a gift from heaven! :D

but zero/no dividends seems to be red flag... i will need to dig its annual report

on first glance, its likely a value trap like many other property counters... big discount to nav but little rewards to shareholders
