Once terminal 4 becomes fully-operational in 2H2017, will jump even more.....time to CXG above $5.24 :s12::D

Not an expert chart reader (noober than noob lol), but feels like a stronger base was formed so the movement up feels more solid than the past run up?

2 piece meals dropping 😭

can take a look at CCT lor, their full year results really very impressive

this morning i read a few analyst reports on CCT, many also give the thumbs up

previously a lot thought that office over supply will lead to a crash... too much fear

CCT management confident to maintain DPU levels from 2017-2020, very solid !

Yup. Big funds were pushing but market needed more convincing for the price to stay up.

Cheong too fast base unsteady. Steady increase is better :D

Think the effects will only show this year since many leases up for renewal?

GLOBAL MARKETS-Asian shares down, dollar jumps on Yellen's rate hike signal

* Fed chief makes case for gradual pace of hikes this year
* Dollar off lows hit ahead of Trump's inauguration Friday
* Euro steady ahead of ECB, with no policy moves expected

TOKYO, Jan 19 (Reuters) - Asian shares edged lower on
Thursday and the dollar rebounded after Federal Reserve Chair
Janet Yellen hinted that interest rates in the United States
could rise quickly this year.
The dollar had been grinding lower in recent sessions,
dropping to its weakest levels since early December after U.S.
President-elect Donald Trump expressed concerns about a stronger
greenback.
Investors have also remained anxious ahead of Trump's
inauguration on Friday, with many using it as an excuse to take
some money off the table.
Yellen said in a speech to the Commonwealth Club of
California in San Francisco on Wednesday that holding off too
long to begin raising rates could "risk a nasty surprise down
the road," and that it "makes sense" for the Fed to gradually
lift rates. [nS0N1DU01Y]
MSCI's broadest index of Asia-Pacific shares outside Japan
<.MIAPJ0000PUS> inched 0.1 percent lower in early trade.
On Wall Street, stronger financial shares helped push up the
S&P 500 <.SPX>, though the Dow Jones Industrial Average <.DJI>
edged down.
Japan's Nikkei stock index <.N225> was up 1 percent, lifted
by the weaker yen's tailwind.
"The dollar clearly rose on Yellen's remarks," said Mitsuo
Imaizumi, chief currency strategist at Daiwa Securities in
Tokyo. "But with tomorrow's inauguration of Trump ahead,
Japanese investors still might take a cautious stance today."
While market participants expect the incoming U.S.
administration to embark on stimulus policies that would lift
growth and inflation and keep the Fed on course for rate hikes,
many investors are also concerned about the potential fallout of
Trump's protectionist stance.
The dollar index <.DXY>, which tracks the greenback against
a basket of six major counterparts, rose 0.4 percent to 101.31.
The dollar was firm against the yen at 114.66 , moving
well above from the previous session's low of 112.57 yen.
The euro was also steady on the day at $1.0632 ahead
of the European Central Bank's regular policy meeting later in
the session, after the ECB surprised markets last month by
saying it would trim its monthly bond purchases in April.
None of the economists polled by Reuters last week expected
any change at Thursday's meeting. They were unanimous in saying
that the ECB's next move, after April's planned cut, would be to
further taper its quantitative easing.
Crude oil prices took back ground lost in the previous
session when the dollar strengthened. A stronger dollar makes
dollar-denominated commodities more expensive for holders of
other currencies.
U.S. crude added 0.7 percent to $51.46 per barrel,
after shedding 2.67 percent on Wednesday.

Ya.....I also feel the consolidation phase below $5 was strong enough so $5 should be the support until the results come out ;) but I am not a TA expert too:s13:

I am more confident in earnings growth to be maintained.....dividends were increased last year and management usually dun increase dividends if they know they cannot sustain it...Hoping for a small divvy increase this year! if they can win more lucrative contracts from Terminal 4!!! :D

Changi T4 is probably going to approach SATS for the luggage handling/gateway services and logistics...any airlines using T4 will probably order in-flight meals from SATS too :s12: Not much competition and SATS has a solid track record at T1, T2 and T3 over many decades liao

Maybank still reiterating their 3.76 sell call. Looks like they're desperate to get on board :D

Price might suffer some minor dips in 2017 but IMO unlikely to reach 3.76 unless something really major happens like a serious virus epidemic (SARS/H1N1) or terrorist attack (touch wood!) :D
