Yield means dividend yield?
I think SATS is not pure dividend play.
And I love how they slowly get more biz in other countries rather than just stick to changi

PE ratio a bit so high
Maybe 20 times earnings then will consider
15 times earnings is easy buy consider the growth potential

CCT already renew most leases in advance riao
To negate the 2017 over supply effect
The management really doing a very good job

Both yields abit too low for my palette.
Need more.

They not pure dividend stocks like reits telcos
Sats and cdg more of growth stocks

But always having a decent dividend yield is important while u wait

Both are growth stocks thats why pe ratios are higher than the index's 13 times earnings

I feel that sph reit like more solid, as parent is still a blue chip company

Super solid asset

I do not like orchard area assets, the trend feels like ppl going to their nearby mrt malls more often

I find Orchard still alot of traffic. Esp wisma n ngee ann. Taka v good with their events. F n b also gd biz.
