Dunno why but I have this sudden urge to have stakes in all the major malls in Singapore...... but abit scared of being too heavily exposed in retail sector

I am a believer of stock picking

if got 5 retail reits.. i will not buy all 5... I would buy the top 2, so that my 2 will out perform the basket of 5... if u get what i mean

so have CMT enough liao, no need touch CRCT... somemore CRCT is pure china play.. more risky on its own i guess

that's why i go for my 5 tiger generals

out of the 6 segments, i pick the top 2 retail and commercial
out of retail and commercial, i pick the top few reits of highest quality
