good recent rally as my portfolio looks pretty neat, except for starhub which is deep in the red at negative 8%
thinking if I should average down if it hits 10%?

I remember reading ST that someone ask the ceo abt converting to biz park n he said cannot convert so easily but they will turn it into biz park like..can read again to confirm.

they doing AEI to make it biz park like, but I feel a bit wasteful of money

B1 means B1, its still not a biz park and has restrictions
