Market might be slightly overbought at the moment..expecting a pullback. when the pullback comes, I would be watching for sectors that has underlying strength.

In a strong bull, the market will continue higher and the pullback will only come back to current point, that's why must enter when you see the strong support.

Market seems to be rejecting the 3100 level. if market pulls back from here.. i feel blue chips will be hit first. thus, mid caps might be a safer bet as they would be trying to do a catch up.

A little follow up on my previous post. I feel that market is looking looking to go higher but i am bearing in mind that 3100-3150 is near the corner and this level is quite significant. I believe market is looking for a sector to lead it higher. My gut feel is telling me that the O&G might be the one?

Saw the good result in HMI. Lets see how it trades tomorrow.

As I've mentioned, I am doing a once a month screen of currently undervalued stocks. If you guys find the information useful, I will do a monthly post on this. This is the first 4. I will post more as I find them.

I mainly focus on Enterprise value/ebitda, Price to earnings and Price to book ratios for my valuations. They must be either fairly priced, or substantially underpriced to make my criteria. Numbers are my own estimates, and it may be a little different from whatever platform you are using.

1) PEC

EV/Ebitda: 0.03
Price/Earnings: 8.9
Price/Book: 0.67

2) China Sunshine

EV/Ebitda: 3
Price/Earnings: 6
Price/Book: 1.04

3) BHQ Sunningdale

EV/Ebitda: 3.3
Price/Earnings: 7.7
Price/Book: 0.72

4) YangZiJiang Shipbuilding

EV/Ebitda: 4
Price/Earnings: 14
Price/Book: 0.75
