And also stay steer of forums if you are the type that will easily buy stocks based on the latest "stock discovery". Occasionally I need to fight the temptation of selling those "potential stocks" that I own to buy those "cheap under-valued stocks".

6% dividend yield + lowest gearing among retail reit. I wouldn't say it is very cheap; just likely to be fair value nia since hike coming.

Every time after I buy, that counter will drop lower. DYODD.

yeah and likely still above 6%

do not forget that 4th telco will take 5 years or so to capture 5-10% market share

earnings will decline slowly... and not sharply like what most ppl imagine

look at HK market... 4 telcos, yet all huat
