Did yellen speech says fed will hike 3 times next year or its market prediction again? I heard from radio news someone mentioned can expect 3 times each year from 2017 to 2019... lol

In a widely expected move, the central bank raised its key short-term rate to a range of 0.5%-0.75% from 0.25% to 0.5%. The vote was unanimous.
