cash upfront, u need to top up ur acct using dbs ibanking first.

cash acct u can buy on credit amd pay abt 2days later.

cash upfront min comm $18, cash acct min $25. but if u buying 900 or less shares, just use cash acct for the limited time promo has flat comm of $9.88. refer to dbsv website for full terms and conditions.

looks great, pretty diversified

but maybe CMT+CCT would be better for 2 piece chicken meal

as MCT is 60% office 40% retail(vivo city)... so more suitable for 3 piece chicken meal if u wanna go CMT CCT MCT
