but that minutes is just a more detailed summary of the last FED meeting back in Dec and its brief summary/outline has already been announced right?
FED minutes look like good news for REITs - slowly rising back. Starting to sell my lots that are meant for FIFO as profit more than upcoming CD.

ok mah.. div is there.. as long as fundamentals remain, just sleep with it

But that also means v hard to collect, like PNE. Only once in awhile you see some siao kia put out 5 - 10 lots for sale.

I personally think its just noise. But since the noise can cause price to rise, I think its a selling opportunity. Vice versa when the market don't like the noise from Fed.

Singapore REITs: Acquisition momentum continues for industrial REITs

During the past month, we note that industrial REITs such as Ascendas REIT (A-REIT) and Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT) both sought to enlarge their portfolios with proposed acquisitions. A-REIT is seeking to acquire the leasehold interest in the property located at 12, 14 and 16 Science Park Drive from its sponsor for a purchase consideration of S$420m. The property is expected to generate a NPI yield of approximately 6.3% (before acquisition costs) and 6.0% (post-acquisition costs) in the first year of ownership, and would increase its portfolio WALE to 4.4 years from 3.7 years. MLT, on the other hand, has continued to target inorganic growth overseas in Australia. It recently proposed to acquire a portfolio of four logistics properties in Victoria for a purchase consideration of A$142.2m (~S$151.9m), thus boosting its Australian portfolio to nine properties. The initial NPI yield is estimated to be 7.6%, and is expected to be accretive at the distribution level. We maintainOVERWEIGHT on the broader S-REITs sector. Within the industrial REITs sub-sector, our preferred picks are A-REIT [BUY; FV: S$2.67] and Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust [BUY; FV: S$1.10].

POEMS will charge you for dividends and some Corp actions, kena charged once.
Damn DL, sold off my holdings and shake hands with SCB, wave bb to POEMS.

Side story: I even called them to query about charges on corp actions and dividends, before opening the account. The guy say no charges if SG market. Then call again when I'm being charged a fee, the lady this time say the guy previously is a new trainee, may have misrepresented.

Hi,
Just wanna clarify with you. Are you referring to margin accounts, or foreign shares?
I am holding local shares with CDP custodian, there is no Corp actions handling or dividend fees charged at all for my 8 years with them. I called my remisier to clarify too, there is no such fees charged.
