After seeing STI chiong for 2 weeks almost relentlessly, I am also taken aback..... are the good times really back?

But after looking at all the medals I earned in 2015-2016, I feel more confident of my portfolio.....

Your starting point attributes more to luck. I started when STI was 3,700.

The key thing is after that.

You don't learn and you lose everything if you panic sell.

But shareholders will appreciate you alot.

And here I was thinking no one could have entered at a worse time than me. Anyway, earlier you start, earlier you gain the necessary experience. Looking back, I do not regret my investments, both good and bad. Each one has made me a better investor

Wah that is how many donkey years ago.
Can I ask if you still holding any stocks that you bought during that period? And any regrets holding them all these years?

I think if you slowly start from 3700 is still ok. The worst hit are those who bought slowly all the way up to 3700... then sell near 1500...
