The new units will dilute the increased rental from the new biz city
At current price, the forward yield is around 5.5-6% at best

They already put 98% or so occupancy rate on their biz park office
Shouldnt that mean already contributing to dpu?

I dun think is the full contribution yet......bcos I remember they completed the acquisition somewhere in the middle of the quarter?

Somewhere in mid august the acqusition was completed i guess
Now the share base is enlarged due to the placement and PO
I expect dpu to be up around 2-5% or so in q4

MCT is a good pick for those who really want diversified

office, retail, industrial office

for me, i prefer to be focus... if retail reit.... CMT
if commercial reit then CCT

if wanna diversify, hoot etf


MCT because of the asset mix... its harder to analysis and put a value on it

like i said... office assets are selling at discount to book
while retail assets are selling at book or higher
