First reit is good stock but above book value so will pass
Neratel dont chase it for the one time dividends

Being dropping from its IPO price of 80 + cts to lowes 57 ct last mth.

Any comment on it?

I would avoid all s chips

I tracked DW trade history based on SGXcafe. Assuming he is using OCBC broker, his fee is at 9k. Mine is peanuts compared to the SSI big shots.

My computation based on assumption he is using OCBC not SCB, where minimum comm applies. Not sure about SCB comm charges, but I think it is overall slightly cheaper as well?

Edited: I included GST as comm charges as well.

Recently just have one contract with Walmart . But not trading halt for placement shares.

Lolz a bit regret to buy first reit but for neratel i am hoping for price go back $0.60 then i can faster take profit

Neratel and equation are like small cap companies, i tend to avoid those without 5 or 10 year track record
Neratel has been around for very long, i see it as a dividend stock ratherthan growth stock
