VivoCity: Over the quarter, there was an 1.8% increase in

on serious note, base on dbs report... forecasted yield for 2017 is around 6% if entry around 1.42

been reading research reports on reits

CMT FCT MCT....... all have dropped like 10%+ since end oct till now start of dec... 1 month down so much... yet the fundamentals have not changed much

IS THIS A BIG BUYING OPPORTUNITY FOR REITS????????



vested in CMT and FCT.... will buy MCT soon

Fundamental at Msia is getting bad espically Najib is piling up debts. Continue like this will not be surprising of 1:4 exchange rate.

Msia hopeless liao...... they build tooo much at JB liao... recently I go GP KL... take bus... see the road side so many half developed properties... GG max

I have keyed in to sell 2,000 KC at $6.00 to take 10% net profits of 1k+

if sale is successful, will use proceeds to hoot 10,000 MCT at 1.42 or lower
