If you do the maths, I am quite sure people who are earning 4-5k per month and stay single can achieve a similar feat after 20 years.

maybe. but i'm a bit skeptical as he does not reveal his exact portfolio, and there's no evidence his trades are real.

at least few million ba. I estimated 1-2 million based on his dividend. But it is likely to be much higher.

imho, most if not all those who post "impressive" portfolio online, are trying to sell his product or inducing ppl to invest with him or attending courses conducted by him.

He has about 1 to 1.5 millions portfolio. The one off 450k dividend was due to saizen reit selling off its assets and returning all the cash to the shareholders. It is rare to have a consistent 450k pa, to get that consistently, need about 12 millions portfolio.
