Not today .. This is not a normal Friday where STI drops..

It is the LAST day of the year,

See many "Book Keeper" massaging the REITS ( almost towards ejacu.. )

Their Annual Reports would present a better figure..

As punters are not selling, these figures could drop back to its original figures about the new year celebrations.

many funds need to calculate nav per share at year end... their bonus depends on how they performed... so usually seldom last day is bear one

the bb like to close at good numbers

last year was 2882... quite nice

this year see what 4 numbers BB give us... can go buy 4d

although last year Jan laosai, most years January effect is up one

in any case , moi is only 33% invested,
rest in bonds and Fds

maybe can consider slowly going towards 50% vested , yields are really attractive now... blue chips paying 6% easily like SH/CMT/Areit/CCT... almost 5% for ST.... as long as u confident they will not collapse or go bankrupt, almost sure huat in long run

non reit is CDG

for reit my top pick is MCT, the biz park is in... 2017 should see much much higher dpu from the new contribution.. i expect dpu to go up 5%

<3 MCT and their MBC dip dip.

With so many big name tenants, expecting many years of positive rental revisions to come :)

Doesn't mean you need to accede to their requests though.

Yup, now singapore becoming asia's tech hub
Sadly we cant invest much in those new tech companies like garena
At least we can own the office those tech companies using and keep charging them higher rentals hahaha

Besides, most of those old board members oredi left and also quite a few top management also left oredi......time for some big strategic moves from the new CEO!:s12:

Ya.....an increasing number of them prefer to set up SEA regional headquarters here bcos of our quality infrastructure :D can collect rental from them....hehehe! :o
