I estimate I will need 1.5M capital base at 5.5% yield. My current expenses, excluding income tax is about 7k/month, or 84k/year. Hopefully can grow portfolio to that level in 5 years from compounding dividends and savings.

and they take selfie with the SUBX kopi esp engrave with their name and post at social media.. Clicks of "likes" and comments flocking in, thus making them feel jin song.
