Hi all, i select my sbf in dec 11. May application also. Until now still waiting for grant, the officer say key is ready but need wait 2-3 months for grant first. Normal right?

Yup if your grant is approved you can collect within a week or two.

Omg.. ya i saw your post abt the combing hair earlier.. im telling my hubby now that we shld REALLY do smth before opening the door, whether or not his family agrees to it. Cause ultimately its US staying there and not his family members.. gosh. Thank you guys, you all really are of great help!

So my grant status finally changed to 'Thank you for your ahg/shg application'.

Normally how long till approval?

My HLE expires in Feb and I am really hoping I do not have to go thru the hassle of reapplication.

Haha yeah. I took it end Dec. Now waiting for hdb to do screeding then to start reno after cny

How long is your wait for screeding. Mine is approved but the waiting is so long I’m thinking of getting a private screed. Actually HDB shd give come screed for opt out it’s so troublesome needing to screed $$$ & time.
