Check with everyone. For the defects... What do you guys check for?

Check for stuff like cracks in tiles and walls, hinges of windows, whether doors work fine and are aligned, choked gutter etc.. You can google for defect checklist !

Thanks. Yesterday I called my officer straight away, and he change the date to this morning. Lol! And I got so little time to get the pineapple and stuff to do the opening door ceremony.

no rush in case you forget some stuff.....anyway can get the stuff after you have collected your keys or the next day mah.....unless you are in the hurry to go into the house.....hahaha

I want to know as well. After submit defect form, what's the timeline like? I submitted mine more than a week back and still no news.

after you have submitted your defect list, bsc will takes about 14 days to check and get your defects done. once done, they will give you a call.

No BSC must rectify the defects within 14days, they should get back within 3 days upon submission.

Hi everyone, check with you all something. Have any one of you had hdb done the flooring with tiles? If yes, then what material is your baseboard? Tiles or wooden plank?

haiz.. any of your houses you realized its not very 'cleanse'? i noticed my service yard's door.. i always close all windows and lock the service yard door whenever we leave the house. but i realized it is always open when we arrive the next time we went there. last night, it was opened again. i told my husband this time we will lock it together and next Monday when we visit again, we will see if its open again. my brother asked us to do a test by pulling the door real hard when we lock it to see if its faulty (makes sense if we think scientifically la..)

haiz.. any of your houses you realized its not very 'cleanse'? i noticed my service yard's door.. i always close all windows and lock the service yard door whenever we leave the house. but i realized it is always open when we arrive the next time we went there. last night, it was opened again. i told my husband this time we will lock it together and next Monday when we visit again, we will see if its open again. my brother asked us to do a test by pulling the door real hard when we lock it to see if its faulty (makes sense if we think scientifically la..)

No i mean, i always lock the service yard door before i leave the house. but whenever i visit the next time, the service yard door is always unlocked. i duno why lol.. but the rest of the windows and doors and all, remains the same..

Report defect? My door open because the lock mechanism was faulty, shut because even e lil Window was windy.

It’s sapwood the outter layer of e wood.

Yes I moved in already, except kitchen not done, very simple just measure they fabricate it in factory, plumber & electrician come over to connect easy peasy all good to go.
