HDB actually screw up in the balloting.

Not sure how many affected as HDB email me last week said that my queue# revised to triple digit from 4 digits and eligible for selection.
HDB will email me again when the selection time comes in end Oct.

They put me under 2nd timer when I'm actually 1st timer and eligible under PPS scheme.
