I also heard that seoul is cheapest. But I am now comparing sg and japan. Not sure if getting MCM at the changi airport is cheaper or in japan. Can someone share?

Why don't u pop by the MCM store before your flight and ask the price? Then in Japan you can compare.

The thing is probably getting from departure Hall maybe cheaper as it exclude the gst provided that I know the price in japan beforehand. Arrival hall not sure if they have MCM and also probably does not exclude gst which may end up more ex or not really cheaper.
