it's probably kawada who is preventing this then.

The local distros are probably complaining to kawada (they have every right to since they pay kawada licensing $$) and thus kawada has to halt the sales?

yep i'm more inclined to think that the direction came from kawada.

local distributors complain to kawada, then kawada starts to clamp down.

i definitely won't buy deluxe sets in SG.. the mark up is crazy.
