Hi! I'm pretty new to the nanoblock scene.
I have been building a few stuffs from LOZ and getting bored.
I wanted to try my hands at something more challenging haha.
I saw that the Neuschwanstein Castle Deluxe Edition or Tokyo Sky Tree Deluxe Edition V2 are very popular for their difficulty levels.
Any recommendations on where to buy from?
I prefer to buy locally so that if got missing piece can go back to shop haha.
Otherwise I saw plamoya selling it for SGD227.62 (shipping included).

Thanks!!

Welcome to the craze hehe.
(and congrats on being saved and not getting LOZ-ed)

the Schloss Neuschwanstein dx is difficult mainly due to the sheer amount of pieces, but the build itself isn't very difficult.
The tokyo skytree v2 dx is more challenging in regards to the structural design.

I would not recommend getting the dx pieces in SG. Playmoya is one of the more decent sites for the dx sets (some of the smaller kits cost a bomb there)

edit: Cheapest would still be to ask a friend visiting Tokyo to bring one back for you. With the good Yen rates and recent cheap tickets...ask around! who knows!

And yes, from time to time (about 0.5% of the time for me) they do have missing pieces, however it's usually the more common pieces/colours that are missing, so it's easily replaceable.

If you are looking for sheer difficulty (doesn't have to have huge number of pieces), here are my recommendations:
- brachiosaurus
- Tokyo Sky Tree sight-to-see version
- Tokyo Sky Tree v 2

perhaps...you might be new here...

The $380 price for the schloss deluxe in SG is a stupid mark up. There are much cheaper alternatives online that go for under $200 US. including shipping.

Pink Sky Tree is a relatively new set released at Loft, and will not run OOS so soon. Trying to flip it now isn't a really good idea.
