So...anyone bought nanoblocks at STGCC? Care to share your experience? =)

I was there at 1130. On display were Sanrio, Insects, Tintin, ANA, Hakuhinkan Toy Park - Hi! Airport, both Tokyo Museum, Disney, USJ, basic set and Pig (2 pieces). If I am not wrong, the Disney ones were "pre-order" only. The only USJ available was Zoe with the rest for pre-order. The Pig was selling at $24; tempted but resisted. They also took pre-order for "loose" pieces at $4. While I was there, the Sanrio ones were selling fast. They were already taking pre-orders for Hello Kitty.

I returned at 1730. By then, the only ones on the shelf were Tintin (all 4), basic set and Hakuhinkan Toy Park and the 2 Pigs.

According to the guy, the Disney ones are guaranteed pre-orders but the loose pieces are not. On Sunday night, they posted on their FB page that they are unsure if they can honour all the pre-orders, that they may have to go with first-come-first-serve. All the pre-orders are pre-paid btw.

bad business process - collecting pre orders without knowing if they can fulfil? and even worse - collecting payment for pre orders which they don't know if they can fulfil.

i find this year's STGCC even smaller than last year's. seem to have lesser variety of things too..
