Any peeps know if nanoblock has a customer service dept like lego to replace wrongly packaged blocks?

Recently purchased the Tokyo sky tree ver 2 from a Japanese vendor on Amazon and upon opening and sorting out the individual block shapes, I realized that packed inside was 2 packets of 2x1 white blocks instead of 1 packet of 2x1 white blocks and 1 packet of 3x1 white blocks which was stated in the content of blocks page in the instruction manual.

So basically in summary what I received:

2 packets - 2x1 white blocks

what I was supposed to receive is:

1 packet - 2x1 white blocks (91 pieces)
1 packet - 3x1 white blocks (64 pieces)

Alternatively, does anyone know where I can just directly purchase about 64 pieces of 3x1 white blocks?

Hello, I have recently bought a bunch of Elmos at 98HKD from a toy shop closing down sale in Causeway Bay for some friends and have a few spare pieces left. If anyone is interested, can drop me a PM or SMS me at 982407eight eight. You can either pay me 98HKD or 17SGD to collect from Pasir Ris MRT.

These are assembled pieces using authentic nanoblocks or your money back.

I also have some leftovers danbo letting them go at cos of 60HKD or 12SGD.

Hmm, these are actually Chris' designs, are you really sure it's authentic nanoblocks and not LOZ?

These are NOT authentic Nanoblocks kits. (but made combining 1 or more authentic kits to form a custom design)

They ripped off Chris Nanoblock's designs
You can find the Elmo Instructions here
you can find the Danbo Instructions here

Any collector worth their salt will know how the authentic Nanoblock Elmos look like as well as that there was never a Nanoblock Danbo release.

Hey I have some news for you from a friend.
He says you can try contacting
Yuji Hibino e-mail ; y-hibino@diablock.co.jp - He's the distributor rep for Kawada. (who posted his contact details publicly on FB)

However, chances are you would have to contact the country distributor.
And unfortunately...it's from a re-seller from Amazon...it might get abit sticky =\

But do try email anyway.

Logically I thought Kawada should be the main contact for having any missing parts. The seller and distributor can't do anything since they don't bring in special sets.

I guess one fine day, the request-for-lost-parts will be opened to everyone. :)

Hi Raymond, how do you know that these creations are made with "authentic nanoblocks" ? Are there any proof that you can show us?

Yup, the shop has them packaged in "Giraffe" and "Daruma" bags, meaning the danbo was probably created from the Giraffe bricks and Elmo from Daruma bricks. They are NOT cheap imitation and I am not trying to sell any fake bricks. The Elmos are priced higher probably because there is no white/black bricks in the Daruma package and the shop probably has to use white from somewhere else.

Please remove any false accusations unless you have bought and scientifically prove that my bricks are fake. In those cases, as I mentioned, full refund will be given back.
