for retail stores it's pretty much the case. but nowadays there are more and more independent sellers offering cheaper prices.

many probably have their own line of suppliers too. I just visited gifts+greetings at NEX yest...saw nano gauge and samurai series. (crazy prices of course)

Sounds like there is some smuggling going on. I thought there might be a Nanoblock cartel so there is no chop-chop-carrot prices.:D

Does anyone know what's the retail prices of nano in tokyo disney resorts? Tried to find online but can't find anything~ oh, n also if disneyland n disneysea have nano unique to them or designs can be found in both? Thanks!

To my understanding, they sell certain designs only near the attraction.
DisneySea also does contain some uniques to them.

There is supposedly a shop outside that sells everything though.

As for prices...my last recollection (based on seeing the sticker) is anywhere between 1500 - 2100 yen? Really can't recall exactly.

3 years ago, I passed a friend of mine $500 sgd worth of yen to help get the pieces from TDR. I couldn't even buy the complete collection then. Of course back then Yen was at a much higher exchange rate. But there are more pieces now...
