eh? correct me if i am wrong but I thought its not possible to do a mutual swap aka you drop, I add kind of deals anymore with the new STARS add/drop system in place for this semester?

I thought for this semester onwards, if you drop an elective, your place will be transferred to a pool together with all others who drop the same elective in the day.

Afterwhich, the computer system will allocate randomly (other than the 1st day) the available slots to people who expressed interest to take up that module during the day.

Hence, it is not possible for a seller to drop a module for a buyer (or for person A to drop for person B to add) anymore am I right?
