LG flagship phones like the G series (G6, G7, G8) are 2 years warranty. I believe users who are used to 2 years warranty will prefer to own phones with 2 years warranty.

The fact that the phone maker dares to give 2 years warranty means that he is confident the phone will be reliable. Otherwise, the more he sells, the more he lose money. Long warranty period is an indication that the phone will be reliable.
