Anyone using oneplus 6 noticed significant faster than oneplus 5T?

Sry if i keep ranting, but I really feel frustrated that I wasted extra $110 for nothing. I think next time I shouldn't jump the gun too quickly when buying phones. I should prevent myself from buying phones at launch date.

I preordered mine then paid $30++ for amazon priority shipping then the shipping got delayed for dont know what reason and everyone here is either getting the phone at a cheaper price or there are some who already gotten their device. Whereas mine is stuck. Should really complain to amazon.

2 years amazon warranty is useless for me. Even when i wanna sell this, the warranty doesnt justify anything. People wont be convinced if I set my price higher than qoo10 set just because of the warranty. Oneplus buyers dont care about warranty because they know oneplus warranty is kinda non-existent. Really regret...

what can i say, either raise hell with Amazon and ask them to cancel it due to the delay or use it till it cui after 2 years, that's the only way to get your money's worth if u feel $110 is too much for u to stomach.

Yes I was prompted to update it. There are a number of apps like sg buses etc that have the same error message. Your device isn't compatible with this version. I have the local IDA approved one. Android 8.1.0 with May 1 security patch.

This is what Amazon CS told me regarding warranty.

"If faults or defects appear within this period, Amazon.de will remedy them in the form of a repair or replacement. We will, of course, refund all costs accruing to you because of the return or the service handling."

This means that Amazon Germany will compensate and refund you for any cost accumulated for shipping the faulty device back to them. I have not heard about the new OnePlus Service standards thus far, so I do not trust their competencies as of yet. I believe Amazon is still miles better than Lazada in terms of reliability, as from my past experiences. I have no regrets buying from Amazon, so I hope this makes you feel better.

Thanks for the enlightment, i do agree amazon after sales service is good and all but to be honest I dont plan on keeping my phone for 2 years. I like to trade phones, as in I will keep switching to new phones every 6 months or a year depending if a new phone is good or not. That's why for me warranty is useless, because I keep buying new phones. Who knows in the next month i will sell this phone away, because Apple gonna announce the nxt iphone.

Just got my op6... Holy smokes this thing is fast! Loving the full screen gestures.... Only thing is keyboard is pushed down when enabled... Unlike ipx which pushes the keyboard upwards a bit...
