Most countries should be able to use, Europe, US, I'm in Indonesia and no issues here

According to sources in the launch event Carl was "happy to say" that the OnePlus 6 has Widevine and it will have no issues streaming HD content.

Got my 256gb at noon. And I am seriously impressed by the camera. Low light is so good. Maybe it's because I came from a OP5. But it's a significant improvement.

Hard to say. Don't really notice any difference.

What I can say after using it for a day.Overall I am happy. The camera improvement alone is worth the upgrade.

- camera big improvement from OP5 especially for low light. Portrait mode is a hit and miss. I tried a few times and finally got a good one. Might be related to their focusing issue? Front cam is also improved.

- need more time to get used to fp scanner on the back. I keep getting error on 1st try koz i slide my finger ard to find it.

- speed wise cannot really tell koz my OP5 was also 8gb ram.

- gestures replacing buttons is great.

- form and aesthetics are not important koz i put my phones in cases anyways.

- speakers are the worst part of the phone. They are too soft. My OP5 speaker was noticeably better. Step in the wrong direction here.

Wth u do sia lol! My OP5 battery is one of the most enduring I ever used.

U can try Battery Optimization options and Optimize everything except those messaging apps or apps u need notifications for.

Removal of the three overflow status bar dots on all devices
Increased notification and ringtone sound volume
Rear camera autofocus improvements
Fix problems when using Indian carrier IDEA as secondary/non-data sim
Fix silent phone calls bug
Restore status bar battery percentage option
Add scheduled do-not-disturb feature

One of the bugs that won’t be fixed in the upcoming OTA is one where the screen ratio is off when viewing certain apps. OnePlus admits that a fix for this problem is coming “post OTA”:

First world problems Yeah this has been an Android thing which is getting annoying if you used the iPhone X before. Notification details are hidden until you unlock it with Face ID, but it does not take you all the way in yet until you swipe up. So the Lock screen still has a purpose, Android phones can't unhide notification details and when unlocked means.. Unlocked then need to swipe down for the Notification tray again.

You can turn off "Auto unlock after screen is on" to enable swipe up to face unlock.

this update looks good imo... fixes the complaints we have

Google cam is out for op6. Still in alpha stages, got few issues here and there but results looks promising

What is the closest distance the camera can take clear photos?
