Over the counter will be local shops like Redwhite, Kasia, etc. Cheaper than Challenger & Lazada. Official local sets with local warranty.

Furthermore Challenger and Lazada is delivery one, not over the counter. So really no point buying from them

*Edit: By Challenger I mean Hachi.tech website, cos they don't sell in Challenger..

It's depends on how you using/abuse the phone and check before making payment.

Even buy local set has risk in terms on servicing

few posts earlier, check out street shops like Redwhite, Kasia for local sets and compare prices, some have online presence in Qoo10 or Lazada, see any coupons to bring down the price.

I think can forget about challenger aka hachi.tech, they are not known to sell cheap.
