Finally bought op6 8gb 256gb online from US at SG$859. It is very snappy, way snappier than my trusty Pixel 2 XL which started showing its age. No regret moving to op6. *********

I bought it during my trip in US, I checked the stock first from - https://oneplusstock.net/us/oneplus-6-midnight-black-256gb-us.

I thought of buying it when I am back to SG but I can't resist the price so hooted one, luckily they delivered it within 2 days before I back to SG.

128gb local price can be had for almost the same price as other countries if not cheaper.

Just need to apply some coupons and other deals. Keep a look out.

Yeah, Im looking closely at Carousel. Cant seem to find any good deals. At this rate, I might wait till the release of 6T, wanna replace my samsung s7 fast.

Clear your google play from your phone memory first and restart google play. It should be fine.

I think this is normal, I've also waited a week+ for my oneplus 6 that was purchased from NewStar 2 months ago. They also don't have an indication of "no ready stock" at the time of my purchase.

Buy from qoo10 still not that bad. They wouldn't so fast auto cancel your order. However if you buy from Shopee or Lazada, have to be careful. Sometimes the waiting time slightly longer, the system will auto cancel your order. Especially for Shopee. Kenna a few times before. Seller didn't ship the order within like 10 days or so, the system will auto cancel the order...

yes i did have this issue during initial setup.
i using 4G to go through all setup; once complete, using wifi to download apps.

Anyone knows the logic behind the Do Not Disturb function and Alert Slider? I set my Alert Slider to Vibration permanently, but when DND is on, the phone still vibrates for incoming notifications. Is that the intent? For my previous meizu phone once DND is on the phone will no longer vibrate.

I've finally got my Oneplus 6 in white. Hehe. Coming from iPhone X.. It's very very refreshing. But that's not to say I am ditching my iPhone yet. Was very skeptical at first. The screen is too bright though. Lol. Anyway I have a small and maybe dumb questions to ask, if I were to pair the dash charge adaptor with my own USB-C cable, will the phone still dash charge?

You need to use OnePlus accessories to get dash charger.
