Just download the full rom from OnePlus web, can boot into recovery mode to flash. Very simple one. That method should work too.

Just download & transfer the full ROM to the root of the storage, then click Setting --> System --> System Updates --> Click the cogwheel --> Local Upgrade --> Click the ROM to continue --> Reboot to finish upgrade.

Booting to recovery --> Press & hold Vol down + Power, follow the rest of the instructions --> Clear cache will do.

Upon receiving both my OP6T, I just flashed the full ROM to be sure the phone is clean.

Thanks appreciate it, that’s what I wanted too, a clean phone. Not sure what those outside shop do to flash. Don’t trust them

Just purchased a screen protector (cheap cheap see how it goes LOL) and a film to paste at the back, don't really like covers but means nothing to lessen impact so... hope for the best.

check for updates?

use vpn lor..hide.me from playstore, choose canada..then go check for updates, once it starts downloading then disconnect from vpn, will continue to download at a faster speed.

My 9.0.8 was without vpn while 9.0.9 and current update is thru vpn.
