Gg... Oneplus became premium phone liao. No longer flagship killer

I don't think they use "flagship killer" tagline since OP5 liao.

I think I know why. I switched to TG but forgot to redo fingerprint. Just re scanned my fingerprint. Seems faster than before, will monitor again lol

Actually it feels a lot faster for me

Heard the screen replacement will cost about 300 bucks, not sure if it's worth repairing or not... Hai...

The initial $250 he quoted is for OP6, I'd heard from a friend of mine who is dealing with mobile phones, he told me it will be around $300 this time round. The official cost will be out together with the replacement 2 weeks later .

Maybe u can try other repair shops. $300 is almost half the price of export set

I see. They aren't gonna bring it in? For me, the price is pretty expensive. I will seriously consider a new export set or other phones. And wait for the opportunity to repair the screen later

Yeah, it is really expensive, considering selling it away and replace it with the pixel or Huawei. Hai....

Okay so my thunder purple was delivered a couple days ago but I didn’t get around playing with it till now from being busy with other stuff. Absolutely loving the phone and it’s feel, and zero issue with the fingerprint scanner too. I do have a few questions though, mostly because I’m completely new to using an android phone altogether.

First, how do I get/download the gcam thing everyone recommends for taking better quality photos? It’s the google pixel’s camera thing right? I tried searching it up and there’s different links to download some apk files and apparently it has steps to follow to install it proper. Is there any good guide I can follow to install it onto my phone?

Second, do people use the original notes app on the OnePlus phone or download something else more popular? I always used iPhone notes and write a lot too so was just wondering which one to use this time round.

IMHO, ported gcam isnt that good yet..In some cases, the current stock cam is actually better.. I did try a few and still have one of those gcam port in my phone but mostly using stock cam now.
