If still no email by now you better be scared already. You think they managed to get few thousand sets and so many emails to send meh. They started sending emails at 3pm plus

They never guaranteed is launch day set and never indicated anywhere ma. It was just a preorder

They did mentioned for the 1st pre-order batch, they only take in for launch day set when I enquired through email. Btw, can cross check which date did your friend placed the pre-order?

Update: For those that ordered from Best Denki and opted for self collection, i suggest you call the outlet directly. I called in to mine (IMM outlet) and was advised to come 2pm onwards tomorrow. Make sure you have your invoice/order number with you for collection.

best denki called me like 5 mins ago. told me my set is coming between 11 to 7pm and ask me to keep my phone turn on~

i have another set with Sony Singapore and they told me the ps5 have already been collected by courier and will be delivered tommorow.

Called Qisahn and apparently they still don’t have stocks. Said might only get it tomorrow morning and that they will email you once they receive stocks for you to drop by. This is gonna be a mess and I am definitely not planning to go down anytime in the morning

I called their hotline and provided my order number. The person checked and told me tommorow lo. And he also just mentioned that the courier just picked up the ps5s... so i guess probably Sony has an arrangement with a courier company to pick the first batch today and ensure that it is delivered tommorow.

This sounds like horror story man... I would hate to be one of those who go down there and wait for hours just to find out no stock.

Btw, I just checked my Hachi tech account and saw there is no shipping address which I quickly updated it, that might pose a problem for the delivery arrangement so do check yours too.

Anyway I also did a live chat with the cso on hachi tech website, they confirmed no stock/fulfillment date issue for 19 Nov and asked to check my email later at night. Hmx.. lets see..

"There is no issue on the fulfillment date and it will start tomorrow. Kindly wait for the email notification and you may also receive it tonight. Kindly check also your spam inbox."

Erm... complain that 1st batch don’t get it ahead of 2nd batch? If that’s the case it’s a system cock up for sure...

This one is their standard reply ba, anyway if no stock issue to fulfill for 19 Nov, I doubt will be December, if delay a day or 2 due to courier shortage then maybe acceptable lah...
